....Attention....

I am looking to start an RP environment in here.. You can choose what kind of RP you want to participate in A Comedy or A Tragedy. The roleplaying rooms will belong to all of you that participate in them..so do with the storylines what you wish. I want to keep this wiki alive, and that is the idea I came up with. Let me know if you are interested by signing up in your chosen RP room (or rooms if you like) and your character's name and station in the RP.

Thanks!
-Daisy

2005-09-09 [Perplexity]: I'm stumped =/ got noooo clue

2005-09-09 [Daisy le Fleur]: Its not a very commonly quoted play, I'll say.

2005-09-09 [Daisy le Fleur]: Thank you for the new reward system idea, I think its going to work out great Plex!

2005-09-09 [Kileaiya]: Yay I got it correct! *loves this wiki*

2005-09-09 [Perplexity]: You are most welcome, Daisy! I must admit, I snagged the idea off of another wiki *chuckle*

2005-09-09 [Alfirin Lindlea]: We're studying Othello this year... should be interesting... never studied it before

2005-09-12 [Daisy le Fleur]: Hey I heard that "The Talented Mr. Ripley " was a remake of a one of Shakespeare's plays..which one? Do you guys know?

2005-09-16 [Daisy le Fleur]: **No guesses this week? The trivia will roll over to next week***

2005-09-19 [Daisy le Fleur]: ***New quote up!****

2005-10-09 [Daisy le Fleur]: Drats! And I thought nought a soul would guess it...

2005-10-09 [Ego Diligo Tu]: Well I know my shakespear

2005-10-09 [Alfirin Lindlea]: muaha

2005-10-17 [Ego Diligo Tu]: were is these weeks qoute?

2005-10-17 [Daisy le Fleur]: sorry...bout to get it up there =)

2005-10-17 [Alfirin Lindlea]: Ohhh who wrote an essay on that quote the other day >.<

2005-12-12 [Daisy le Fleur]: CONGRATULATIONS TO [Kileaiya] FOR CORRECTLY GUESSING 10 TRIVIAS! LOOK FOR YOUR REWARD SOON =)

2006-03-21 [Daisy le Fleur]: Anyone wishing to help out with this wiki or has any ideas on how to improve it please let me know..its a fun wiki, I just seem stuck for ideas to keep it productive..

2006-03-21 [Kileaiya]: Hmm, I'll try to think of things to spice it up. :D

2006-09-19 [Daisy le Fleur]: wow, **looks around** tis place has gathered some dust!

2006-09-19 [Perplexity]: I totally forgot this wiki even existed... O.o lol

2006-09-19 [Ego Diligo Tu]: i kinda did to...

2006-09-19 [Daisy le Fleur]: lol Well, I think its stilla good concept It just needs a push in the right direction. =)

2006-09-19 [Yoruno]: What about more trivias? Those are fun ^^ And perhaps... an art contest?

2006-09-19 [Ego Diligo Tu]: Ohhhh yes yes!!!

2006-09-20 [Perplexity]: Art Contest definitely.

2006-09-20 [Daisy le Fleur]: lol im a sucker for art contests hehe. I'll have to come up extra cool... again feel free to throw ideas my way lol I got another contest going, but its movin kinda slow atm.

2006-09-20 [Daisy le Fleur]: btw im embarassed to say I hadnt read the Merchant of Venice before, and I recently saw the film version of it with Al Pacino as the Shylock...was quite good actually!

2006-09-20 [ArchangelGabriel]: Merchant of Venice is a great play, very deep. You've got to love Shylock's speech 'hath a Jew not eyes'

2006-09-20 [Daisy le Fleur]: I was thinking, maybe something to do with the Shakespeare's Characters section? Perhaps an RP...using characters from his plays.....and not restricting the characters to their own storylines/plays? Or is that too much work? I'd love to get a good RP going.

2006-09-20 [Perplexity]: That is a very novel idea. Wonder how characters from different plays would interact.

2006-09-20 [Daisy le Fleur]: lol no idea, wonder how well Hamlet would function if he were thrown into the mix with say, some of the Midsummer Night's cast hehe

2006-09-20 [Ego Diligo Tu]: Hehe that would be quite interesting.

2006-12-07 [smakeupfx]: Ahh,  this place looks nice :-) Let us sit upon the ground And tell sad stories of the death of kings ;-P

2006-12-08 [Daisy le Fleur]: What was othello about? I never did read it.

2006-12-08 [kay-chan]: *sings* Here's a story 'bout a brother by the name of Othello, he liked white women and he liked... green jello...

2006-12-08 [Daisy le Fleur]: lol woot for jello! esp the green kind muhahaha

2006-12-08 [smakeupfx]: It's from Richard II, and he LOVED Jello ;-9

2006-12-09 [Ego Diligo Tu]: Mmm jello is jiggly

2007-01-10 [smakeupfx]: On that theme [Daisy le Fleur],  i'm thinking that Petruccio from The Taming of the Shrew in Hamlet.... it would be a very short play, Uncle dead, the Prince King, and Ophelia happy (or at least shagged and sassy ;-)

2007-01-10 [Ego Diligo Tu]: hehe sassy.

2007-01-10 [smakeupfx]: Well, he says things like "What, with my tongue in your tail? nay, come again"   That'll make her a bit sassy...yes? LOL

2007-01-10 [Ego Diligo Tu]: Oh yes. That would make me sassy. I would indeed.

2007-01-13 [Daisy le Fleur]: LOL!!! that was soooo Xrated.. Made me giggle it did...yarrrr
**hiccups** sorry..Must tame the inner pirate.

2007-01-13 [Ego Diligo Tu]: heheh Pirates!

2007-01-14 [smakeupfx]: Romeo and Ethel the Pirates daughter? ;-P

2007-01-15 [Alfirin Lindlea]: In our Shakespeare lecture t'other day we were shown the front covers of loads of Shakespeare plays that have turned into porn films. A Midsummer Night's Cream was my favourite I think.

2007-01-15 [Ego Diligo Tu]: uhh...creepy

2007-01-16 [smakeupfx]: Hahahaha, lets see, they souldn't be too hard to come up with ;-)  Titus Androgonous,  Miss Winter's tail, Horny wives of Windsor, Two Gentlemen on Verona  (sorry, I'll stop now  ;-P

2007-01-18 [Daisy le Fleur]: lol I see Tim's put this to some thought before it seems. =P Hornball. Gives new meaning to As You Like It doesnt it? hehee, couldnt resist.

2007-01-18 [smakeupfx]: hehe, all off the top of my head,  with this group, I must speak by the card, or equivocation will undo us ;-P

2007-01-18 [Ego Diligo Tu]: :P silly people.

2007-09-21 [Daisy le Fleur]: /cry i miss this wiki lol

2007-09-21 [Ego Diligo Tu]: I do to, I saw the "Wiki Comment" And Spazzed. I was very "Oh yay!" ^^

2007-09-21 [Daisy le Fleur]: I have got to start drawing again, get something up in the character page. ><

2007-09-21 [Ego Diligo Tu]: I should to. -.- But I am doing commissions.

2007-09-21 [smakeupfx]: I just want to do more silly quotes ;-P

2007-09-21 [Ego Diligo Tu]: XD

2007-09-21 [smakeupfx]: just do those comissions tomarrow...and tomarrow and tomarrow creeps in this petty pace from day to day to the last syllable of recorded time  hehehe  *full of sound and fury*

2007-09-21 [Ego Diligo Tu]: Hehe, They have been on hold for a while. They're just little ones for close friends here. But Still, I should do them -.-

2008-01-31 [smakeupfx]: tragedy, comedy, history, pastoral, pastoral-comical, historical-pastoral, tragical-historical, tragical-comical-historical-pastoral?  ;-P

2008-01-31 [Ego Diligo Tu]: O.O;;

2008-01-31 [smakeupfx]: histories first emo boy ;-)

2008-01-31 [smakeupfx]: yep...Hamlet, Macbeth, Othello and Scooby Doo (compare / contrast the characters of Hamlet and Shaggy.... ;-P

2008-02-01 [Ego Diligo Tu]: Oh wow, that would be the most interesting Literature class ever. Contemporary writings and Classics being compared with seemingly impossible accurateness. XD

2008-02-01 [smakeupfx]: It would be an odd class.. most courses in classical literature compare shaggy and scooby to Falstaff. The same likable bumbling and cowardly personalities but with a depth of complexity. Purity of spirit, scooby snacks, the usual ;-P

2008-02-01 [Ego Diligo Tu]: Hmm, True, but I say it could work with Hamlet :P

2008-03-07 [smakeupfx]: I came across a great post by Teller, (of Penn and Teller)  it's about his doing a theatrical version of Macbeth and shakespeare in general.

http://www.pennandteller.com/03/coolstuff/tellerspeaks/telleressaydesignmeeting.html

2008-09-19 [Daisy le Fleur]: *cough* So, hopefully what I've posted will breathe some new life in here. I for one, enjoy RP'ing, when its a good one.. I think basing an RP off of your favorite Shakespeare plays and characters is a novel idea. I really hope this gets going..The stage is yours so enjoy!

2008-09-19 [Paul Doyle]: Argg, I have to make the time to blow the dust off the Shakespeare collection, re-read, and refresh my deprived memory.

2008-09-19 [Daisy le Fleur]: I'm completely open to whatever ideas you may have. I dont want to preset the "stage" or locations for the RPs because I want that to come from the players. Take your time Paul, Im just happy that someone is still watching the pages. =)

2008-09-20 [Ego Diligo Tu]: I'm gonna join too :D If I can ever manage to get a regular online schedule on here

2008-09-21 [Daisy le Fleur]: *claps happily* =)

2008-09-21 [Ego Diligo Tu]: *grins*

2008-10-23 [Daisy le Fleur]: Throwing in the towel folks.. If you want this wiki, you are welcome to adopt it. I dont know what else to do with it.

2008-10-23 [Lothuriel]: Perhaps your could leave it up and just put links to Shakespear sites on the web and stuff.
